Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using SpinHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

  • You are responsible for account access and activity under your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate profile information and keep it updated.
  • You may delete your account in-app from Settings or request account deletion by contacting [email protected].
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of SpinHub is permitted under the laws and rules that apply to you.

3) Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, harass, impersonate, or defraud other users.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt services or bypass security controls.
  • Do not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to use.
  • Do not misuse event, match, or referral features to spam, mislead, or manipulate other users.

4) User Content and Gameplay Records

You retain rights to your own submitted content. You grant us a limited license to host and display your submitted profile, event, and match data so the service can function.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, videos, usernames, or other content you submit do not infringe the rights of others.

5) Intellectual Property and Trademarks

SpinHub branding, software, and service materials are owned by Neologism or its licensors. Beyblade and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party marks does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6) Service Availability and Changes

SpinHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features as we iterate on the product.

We do not guarantee that any match, event, ranking, referral, or media-related feature will be available at all times or remain unchanged over time.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neologism is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from service use.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service integrity or user safety.

We may also remove or restrict content, events, or accounts when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law, respond to complaints, or protect the service and its users.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws in the operating jurisdiction of Neologism, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
