SpinHub is operated by Neologism. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your choices when using the SpinHub mobile app and related services.

2) Data We Collect
- Account and auth data: email address and login identifiers from Email OTP, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Depending on the provider and your choices, this may include your email address, provider user identifier, and basic profile details made available by that provider.
- Profile data: username, avatar, region, district, and optional profile details.
- Gameplay data: match participation, battle outcomes, ratings, event joins, event host activity, and leaderboard-related records.
- Device and diagnostics: limited operational logs and error data used to secure and stabilize service operation.
- Analytics and advertising: SpinHub does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs for ad targeting.
- Permission-based data: precise or approximate location for event map usage, and photo library access only when you explicitly use related features such as saving battle recordings.
3) Why We Use Data
- Provide core product functions (auth, profiles, matches, events).
- Calculate rankings and show community activity.
- Enable local event discovery and participation flows.
- Save battle media to your device when you explicitly request it.
- Protect platform safety, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents.
- Provide user support and service communications.
We use location to power nearby event discovery and event creation flows. We do not continuously track background location. Event locations you intentionally create or join may be stored as part of event records, while device location access is otherwise used only to support nearby event features when you grant permission.
4) Third-Party Processing
We use trusted service providers to operate SpinHub, including:
- Supabase (backend data storage, authentication, and APIs).
- Apple and Google identity services when you choose those sign-in methods.
- Map and device platform services used by the app runtime environment.
These providers process data according to their own terms and security controls.
5) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers for app operations, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or business protection.
6) Data Retention and Deletion
- Account and gameplay records are kept while your account remains active and as needed to provide core features.
- If you delete your account in-app or request deletion by email, we will remove or anonymize data where practical, except data we must retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- You can initiate account deletion in-app from Settings, or contact us by email for privacy-related requests.
- Limited operational logs may be retained for a short period for reliability and security monitoring.
7) Your Rights and Choices
- You can update profile fields in-app.
- You can disable location and photo permissions in your device settings at any time.

8) Children
SpinHub is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable local law.
9) Regional Rights

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice in-app.
